Hahaha! So silly! The dogs in our house are like that. If one of them did something, you just say "Who did this?!" and the guilty party will try to hide. They're not very good liars...

Yeah, my dog was like that. Big contrast to cats, eh? Check out George Carlin on cats and dogs if you get a chance. "What me? **** that, I'm a cat, something broken? Ask the dog!"

<i>I love this.</i><br><br>
I have long maintained that we do not give dogs enough credit on how much language they understand.

We have a toy poodle, they're very intelligent. Loved this. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/smitten.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":smitten:">

You're welcome. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/smiley.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":)"><br><br>
I once had aq dog who always took the blame for <i>everything</i>. Poor Missie - she had been abused. It was tricky, reprimanding the others as necessary, without affecting her. She was such a sweetheart.

That's brilliant! My cats are the same, except one of them likes to tell tales on the other one by leading us to his hiding place.<br><br>
Here's something similar:<br><a href="http:" target="_blank">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t03tIsBPj6Y</a>

My cats knock stuff over all the time and never look remotely guilty about it.<img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/grin.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":D">

That video always makes me laugh.<br><br>
All of my dogs will look away from me if I say the phrase "Did you do that?" Doesn't exactly help me figure out which ones did it when they all associate certain phrases with potential punishment. Poor dogs.

Yeah, mine look down at whatever just crashed to the floor with a look of "Now, how did <i>that</i> happen", or, at most a smug look of achievement: "Yes, I have demonstrated that gravity is still in effect."<br><br>
I must say, over the years, they have gotten rid of a lot of stuff I apparently didn't really need.
