Sunday, I cooked a traditional Greek meal. DH grilled lamb chops for the meat eaters <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/spew.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":spew:"> , I made Pastitsio, a Greek version of lasagna, a Greek salad, fresh steamed broccoli. I subbed the ground meat in the Pastitsio with a soy crumble mixture. Of course, I didn't tell anyone or they wouldn't have eaten it. Everyone ate it up! I couldn't tell the difference!<br><br><br><br>
What brands of ground meat substitute has been tried and are any better than the others?

I like to crumble tofu for ground meat. ALso Bulgar wheat makes a great ground meat sub, I made meatballs with it once, it was eerily like meat!
