hey, how's it going? i'm new to this place. anyway, i like to run and occasionally lift weights 'cause i heard i'm supposed to. when i do the bicep curls, though, i sometimes feel a gross little pop in my arms. it's so disgusting. i mean, it doesn't hurt or anything, it's just gross. so i avoid doing that exercise now. does anyone happen to know why that happens?<br><br>
if no one knows, it doesn't really matter, since i don't really mind having weak bicep muscles. maybe it could be like a fad or something. no, probably not. anyway, bye.
