Remove loose outer leaves. Boil for 6-8 minutes with slices of lemon. Let cool. Cut in half. Place on grill (or grill pan as I did here because it's too cold out). Only a couple minutes each side.
I ate these last night with a balsamic reduction. Added sugar to the vinegar while it was reducing. This is optional.

sounds good.....tho I still have never tried brussel sprouts....
The ones I've seen so far at the grocery look pathetic :-(
