hey everyone! <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/smiley.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":)"> I have been trying to eat more green veggies latley as I have been seriously lazy latley about cooking and have been surviving on spring mix for weeks, anyhow I thought this would make a good thread for inspiration for everyone to post your favorite green veggie recipes!!! Here's mine! Thanks for sharing and I look forward to trying everyone's goodies out!<br><br><br><br>
~Sesame Broccoli~<br><br><br><br>
1 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds<br><br>
4 cups broccoli florets<br><br>
2 tsp. braggs<br><br>
2 tsp. blackstrap molasses<br><br>
1/4 tsp. grated lemon peel<br><br><br><br>
Steam broccoli until crsipy/tender...drain well. Combine rest of the ingredients and mix well to make a sauce. Drizzle over the broccoli. yum!

Yum, that sounds great! My favorite way to eat vegetables is to get a lot of good ones like mushrooms, tomatoes, asparagus, squash, etc, and cut them into small (1-2 inch) pieces and toss them in olive oil with garlic and herbs, then roast at 425 degrees for 10-20 minutes.<br><br><br><br>
You can also make great dip for this by mixing veganaise with Tofutti herb and chive cream "cheese", or wasabi, or fresh herbs of your preference.
