hey everyone!
I have been trying to eat more green veggies latley as I have been seriously lazy latley about cooking and have been surviving on spring mix for weeks, anyhow I thought this would make a good thread for inspiration for everyone to post your favorite green veggie recipes!!! Here's mine! Thanks for sharing and I look forward to trying everyone's goodies out!

~Sesame Broccoli~

1 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds

4 cups broccoli florets

2 tsp. braggs

2 tsp. blackstrap molasses

1/4 tsp. grated lemon peel

Steam broccoli until crsipy/tender...drain well. Combine rest of the ingredients and mix well to make a sauce. Drizzle over the broccoli. yum!

Yum, that sounds great! My favorite way to eat vegetables is to get a lot of good ones like mushrooms, tomatoes, asparagus, squash, etc, and cut them into small (1-2 inch) pieces and toss them in olive oil with garlic and herbs, then roast at 425 degrees for 10-20 minutes.

You can also make great dip for this by mixing veganaise with Tofutti herb and chive cream "cheese", or wasabi, or fresh herbs of your preference.
