2 Bananas<br>
1 Apple<br>
2 Dates<br>
1 Pear<br>
4 Leafy greens<br>
16oz water<br>
Blend until smooth. Add ice before blening if so desired. This is to be done everyday morning and night. It is a great body flush and will change your whole sense of well being, mentally, physically and spiritually. Drink and enjoy.

Thanks! I just had a green smoothie for breakfast and had one yesterday aswell. With spinach, banana, peach and orange juice. Great way to get some iron in your system and it tastes good!

Yum! I'm going to start having green smoothies again, they make me feel amazing. I put kale, mango, banana and dates in mine.
