Hi guys! I've just started making green smoothies so I can sneak in some more greens into my diet, but I have a few questions that I couldn't answer myself through googling.
Anyway, I know you're supposed to rotate your greens, but does that mean that you should, say, only buy spinach and just have spinach smoothies for one week, and then the next week buy kale, etc. Or does it mean that you should buy a little spinach, a little kale, etc and eat different greens throughout the week?
Also, I don't really mind the Kale taste anymore, so I've packed like three cups (and I really mean three full cups) of greens into each smoothie, but it hits my stomach really hard (can't think of another way to describe it). Should I cut back? What's the correct amount, in cups, to use? I don't seem to have this problem when I use 3 cups of spinach.
Thanks!
