Now that university has started, I'm finding myself hard-pressed to eat a nutritious breakfast (or breakfast at all!) in the morning rush. I'd like to eat something that can keep me going all morning, but I don't know *what*. I really need something that I can grab, pair with a piece of fruit and nondairy milk, and head out to the bus. Something baked with fruits/vegs, nuts/seeds, and whole grains would be perfect. (Breakfast bars or some sort of wholesome muffin, maybe?)

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

^ No, I'm wide open to baking something myself! That's what I would prefer, actually. I've checked out my usual healthfood store, and their breakfast options are all too sweet and way too pricy for the small serving sizes.

A baked recipe or things like gorp are perfect, heh.
