ah. my bf is a temp and is getting fed up with certain aspects of his job as well, but in the same situation. he's hoping to get hired on full time which would mean a big pay increase and insanely good benefits, so he's playing nice until he finds out. but if they pass him over again i think he might freak out. it's tough never knowing how long the job will actually last and always wondering if it's worth the bull*&$% that comes with it.
