Being a HUGE fan of the non-conventional breakfast, I had 2 tomato basil tortilla wraps filled with green bell, spinach and scallion hummus. Perfect for munching when I'm battling guerrilla suburbanites through traffic on my way to work!

I had cereal with soy milk and ground flax seeds - my usual "quicky" breakfast.

By the way, I've always been a firm believer that the phrase "good morning" is an oxymoron. Morning's are evil and must be stopped.

I had a banana with peanut butter and raisins, and 2 chapatis with jam. Breakfast is the best meal of the day!

I had a PBJ (on vegan bread, 1st day of veganism for me!!!!!) I know, not a typical breakfast food, but seeing as I ate it at 11am, I thought I coul dbend the rules. Would have eaten earlier, but the computer has grown a mind of its own and decided to lock me out. I had to try and fix it first (or get the boyfriend to fix it ), which took a while so this was more of an on the run type food.

I agree 100% Fromper! I am no morning person either LOL.. to bad my job makes me get up at 4:30 am!

I had cereal too, dry though. I have found out I am to lazy to get out of bed any earlier so I just put it in a cup and eat it on the road It works! I am looking very foward to my lunch though. These types of threads always make me hungry!

Anything good for lunch?? I'm in 'clean out the fridge' mode, so I had leftover tofu scramble in a wrap, alongside some whole wheat pasta with homemade arugula/toasted walnut pesto.

Holy man, that pasta sounds fantastic!

I had leftover coconut-chickpea curry from last night. Not too exciting...maybe I'll try to whip up some creation for dinner.
