It's ooey, gooey, warm, and delicious! I love this one-serving mug cake.

Ingredients:

1/4 cup - oats
1/2 tsp - baking powder
2-3 Tbsp - unsweetened applesauce
1 Tbsp - agave
1/2 Tbsp - natural Peanut butter
1/2 Tbsp - mini vegan chocolate chips

1. Process oats in a food processor or blender until they become a fine flour.
2. Combine the oat flour and baking powder in a small microwave-safe mug or bowl.
3. Add the applesauce, agave, and peanut butter.
4. Mix thoroughly until all the ingredients are well combined.
5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
6. Microwave on high for 2 minutes and enjoy!

The recipe is easy enough and you will be satisfied.

Steps
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350F. Line the bottom of 3 round baking pans with parchment paper.

Step 2
Sift 2 1/2 cups cake flour, 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Combine 2 teaspoons ube extract, 1/2 cup vegetable oil and 1/2 cup milk.
