Are these vegan or just vegetarian? A lot of the Gardenburger products my store carries seem to have egg whites in them. I can't find any nutritional information on this "steak".

I think they are only vegetarian (most of them contain cheese or milk). The Hula Steak appears to be vegan though. http://www.gardenburgergourmet.com/hula-steaks.cfm
