I don't believe in using pesticides of any kind. I don't feel the need to kill indiscriminately in my gardens. I don't have significant pest problems.

A polycultural garden with many species of plants and animals is the best insurance against pest problems, in my experience (and philosophy).

one way to drive away pests is to plant marigolds among your veggies or other garden plants- they naturally drive away bugs like tomato worms and potato beatles that harm veggie plants.

Here is another deer repellent to try. The smell of human urine will help keep deer out of your garden too. I ain't kiddin'. So get out there and try it, a little here and a little there goes a long ways. Don't know if it works on rabbits though.
