fun things to do with egg replacer

i have alot of it at home and i dont want to bake,

no one at home wants to eat the baking cause they are all on diets and its just too hot out to be using the oven so much, anyone have any ideas as to what i can do with ener-g egg replacer that is fun exciting, low in cal and fat and would fit into the weight watcher plan (my mother is on it and im trying to get her to eat some of my cooking - although egg replacer could proove a challenge lol) i figure since the product is naturally light most recipies should follow suite quite easily (hopefully ) im just at a loss and am terrified of making a mess of my kitchen.

There are some recipes here: http://www.alishan-organic-center.co...g_recipe.html.

Unfortunately, I think that egg replacer is mainly for baking, so there's not much else you can do with it.

For nutritional info, try typing the recipe into fitday.com. (You have to register but it's free.)

Have you tried the WW Vegetarian board? They might have some ideas for you.

ive made a few of the recipies in general from the ww cookbooks that are veg i dont like them, most ofthem still need adapting (at least for me - no egg, no hard cheeses (simplifies the rennet issue) so i gave up my mom likes em but i want to show her some different things. if i HAVE too lol ill just bake up a storm for the holidays or some festival or something and really wow people with some vegan delights. just got inspired maybe an hallah bread she loves that it will take a while to do but find myself a recipe and make that very definately not vegan bread vegan....
