Question: Are there any here who eat mostly fruit?

If so, why? And what fruits specifically do you generally eat throughout the day?

The reason i ask is because over the years i've shifted to eating mostly raw fruit, and for me personally its had a monumental affect on my mind, energy, and so on. I was always an energetic and relatively healthy person even when i ate crap but that would frequently make sharp shifts into being lazy, depressed, tired, and sick. I haven't gotten sick since mono last summer, not even so much as a cough this winter! (which is unheard of for me)

yes, absolutely.
bananas, dates, pineapple, mango, berries of all sorts, grapes, apples, pears, oranges, kiwi, avocado, tomato, zucchini, bell peppers (and other fruits), herbs, greens, nuts, and seeds for me.
