I have noticed that prices on mixed frozen veggies really varies from store to store. I understand different mixes will have different prices, but just curious what most people find to be a reasonable price per pound? I used to get huge bags at Costco which came out to be around $1 per pound. I am now buying frozen organic veggies in one pound bags at Trader Joes and pay $1.69-$1.99 per pound. I was at another store and noticed they were in the $2 range. What are you all paying or feel like is a good deal?

Honestly, I shop at walmart......and it's because of the prices.....I think $1.29 and up for a full pound of veggies is reasonable. I don't buy the microwavable 10-12 ounces any more....Actually BJ's or Sam's Club has good prices on their large frozen bags of veggies....we have a chest freezer so I don't mind buying them either.

I usually buy mine at Trader Joes too. They beat everyone's prices, at least of the stores I usually shop at. Plus I think they are of a better quality too. I've bought frozen veggies at discount markets for $1 a bag and the quality was pretty bad, I usually ended up throwing most of it away.

I think those are good prices for organic. I saw some organic frozen corn once for $3.00/lb. I was like, "No, thanks!" basically because I just can't afford it, which is why I generally don't buy organic. It's usually twice the price or more. I get my veggies from Wal-Mart and Aldi.

i try and get trader joe's, but if I'm already at whole foods i'll grab their 365 brand which is obviously more expensive.

Love TJ's organic sweet corn, french haricort beans, edamame. I also buy Aldis green beans, peas, and Asian stir fry veggies, but mostly love their frozen asparagus! I like Birds eye spinach.
BJ's wholesale club used to have big bags of frozen organic veggies-no more- I'm done with them.

this or I buy in bulk when my fave stores have a 10/10 deal and I match that with coupons....I recently did this with GG veggies and a raincheck for 10/10 and 10--75 cents off coupon.....awesome.....I always use a coupon.
