I'll start:
Viva Granola:
Location: 4148 St-Laurent, Montreal (between Duluth & Rachel)
They Carry tofutti cream chease, sour cheese, slices; Daiya cheese; Tempeh burgers; Field Roast Meatloafs and Sausages; Gardein Products; Teese Cheese; Soy seeweed Fish and Shrimos; Tofurky Products.
A little bit expensive
Yuan Restaurant
Location: 2115 St-Denis
The shop has a HUGE freezer FULL of faux-meat. Most of them are shipped from asia and thus are really cheap.
You have chicken, shrimps, saumon (vegetarian), sausages, general tao chicken and a lot of other stuff.

Location: 1130, rue Bélanger, Montréal, QC H2S 1H4
They sell tempeh burgers and tofurkey goodies. It's a whole food store. and its cheap

Kim Phat: 7209 boul. Tachereau,Brossard, Québec, J4Y 1A1
This is a big asian grocery store, They have quite a choice of mock-meat. They also have a huge selection of soy products.
IGASupermarchéPagano Shnaidman : 5800, Cavendish, Côte St-Luc, QC,H4W2T5
This is a regular IGA however since they are in a very jewish area, they have a vast selection of kosher items. As a result, they have lots of frozen pareve (neutral) food: mock-meat, entrees, side-dish. They also have plenty of dairy cheese made vegetarian rennet.
