I just used some frozen tempeh yesterday. I just steamed it a little to soften it, then cut in in half, browned it in some olive oil, then used some liquid aminos, liquid smoke and nutritional yeast to make tempeh T.L.T. s. Mmmmmm
You can freeze tempeh but texture will become softer and taste will change a bit. Even storing tempeh in the fridge affects the taste. I make my own tempeh (see <a href="http://www.tempeh.info" target="_blank">http://www.tempeh.info</a> ) so I have it fresh all the time.
