Been a Dietary Vegan since March 28, 2006.<br><br>
After a blood test, doctor recommended I take cholesterol reducing drug, and retake the test after 30 days. Knew this was the slippery slope. Started to search out high cholesterol food, and decided to try becoming a Vegan.<br><br>
Live in Santa Clara Valley, California<br><br>
Have enjoyed all the knowledge I have gained since, and am enjoying this site.

Cholesterol went from 246 to 167.<br><br>
HDL from 55 to 40<br><br>
LDL from 175 to 100<br><br>
all in 31 days
