I made this up on my way home... I tried it and now I love it.

1 cup cooked Jasmine rice

1.5 tsp (or more, if needed) Mongolian Fire Oil (I use House of Tsang)

Teriyaki Sauce

1 thin slice of white onion sliced into strips

1/8 - 1/4 cup crumbled tofu

1) Heat oil in the pan, and saute onions for a minute or two. Add rice and tofu. Pour in a good amount of teriyaki sauce to color it well. Add approx 2 tbsp of water and stirfry until the liquid has dried up.

You can add veggies to this if desired. I just didn't have any on hand.

Jasmine rice is sooo good. And I love fried rice!! I always have to have peas in it ... plus whatever other veggies are around. I use garlic, make it REALLY spicy hot (it should hurt a little, in my opinion), and I use kecap manis or hoisin sauce for a nice sweet flavor.
