I was pretty good this week but yesterday I opened a thing of SmartBBQ and had about half on a bagel.
Still, no candy.

Is sugar unhealthy? Why? I only eat Vegan Raw Brown Sugar... or Vegan Cane White Sugar.
I ate a cookie - EEK! lol, other than that I'm doing well. But these are my favorite cookies and my husband had been hiding them in the car from me (because otherwise I would have eaten them all) and he happened to bring them in.

I needed one dangit lol

It's ok in moderation. But eating it at every meal would be ill advised.
I'm currently salivating over the some Thanksgiving cinnamon rolls in the fridge. I may need to leave the house soon, for their safety.
i did good except for yesterday, when i had apple pie, but thats not so bad
So far so good; although I feel bad yesterday. I pigged out at dinner, ate a big piece of uncheesecake, and had a coke. Otherwise I've been pretty good, I've been eating fresh foods, I only had mockmeat once, not counting tofu and seitan. And I've been quite active this week, yard work a few days ago and a five mile walk today.

I am going to have uncheesecake a few more times in the immediate future but I'll take smaller pieces.

It's Sunday and no one's checked in yet!

I'm sticking to my avoidance of over-processed food, no cookies, no mock meats, no white bread. I did have some birthday cake, but I made it so I know what all was in it.

I'm basically going to be doing the same you you, Crypto - trying to avoid processed foods. I'll also be trying to cut out all unnecessary snacks over the past week, as I think I've been overdoing it a bit. Did have some non-dairy ice cream yesterday, but Saturday is always my 'day off'. Back at it today though.
