I have a question I did a search but haven't found an answer to this question... Can we freeze tvp after it's been rehyderated and cooked? I made this yummy batch of spaghetti but found I have way to much <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/sad.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=""> I don't want to throw it out so I was wondering if I could freeze it.<br><br>

I dont see why not. You can freeze most things. Just use it as soon as you thaw it out.

Yeah. I make huge batches of chili and soup which are loaded with tvp and freeze them in little containers, and then I bring the little chunks of ice to work and nuke them about 6 hours after they leave the freezer. Delicious and I haven't died.
