I have followed recipes for baked or pan fried tofu, and just ended up annoyed with a mediocre dish that didn't turn out as I had hoped. ..so I mostly just stuck to stir frying plain tofu with vegetables, or mashing the soft kind into sour cream.
But this is excellent, plain or dipped into barbecue sauce. I really think the instructions on temperature and how to heat the pan make all the difference in the world.
