I don't care if I raise a sweat when I'm working out (and would rather not), but I do like that pleasant soreness the next day that indicates I worked my muscles. I had an extra long time at the climbing gym last night and finished up the evening with 45 extra minutes of bouldering after leading and top roping for two hours. Right now I have that pleasant soreness in my upper arms which indicates to me that I worked them well yesterday.<br><br><br><br>
