...how do you do it? (And by minimally lacto-ovo, I mean the vast majority of your egg/dairy consumption being in the form of trace ingredients.) I am just curious, because I've heard people describe such a thing and I tried to do that when I first went vegetarian but failed (now have been completely egg/dairy free for approx. four months, which I find easier than being minimally lacto-ovo). It seems that if I say dairy is ok, I wind up stuffing my face with cheese pizza. Do you know what I mean?
