This is great stuff.<br><br>
I make a great pasta salad with it<br><br>
1 box (16 ounces) cooked drained tricolor pasta<br><br>
1/3-1/2 recipe Deb's Tofeta<br><br>
3 chunked Romas<br><br>
1 can artichoke hearts, drained, chopped (not marinated)<br><br>
1/2 can sliced olives<br><br>
olive oil as needed<br><br>
Mix and enjoy.<br><br>
Also great over lettuce blends, sans the pasta.<br><br>

Shannon, I've SO missed your posts! I'm so glad you made it over! I was just wondering how I could make a good "feta" too! <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/smiley.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":)">
