Dates. I never thought those ugly, wrinkly things could taste so good. I eat them as a treat from time to time to stay away from the unhealthy sugar content that's usually found in treats like candy and cookies. I also always eat a few dates before I go to bed at night. They make my bowels work as regular as clockwork right after I've had my wake-up coffee in the morning. I kid you not. I apologize to those who might think the last part of this post is too much info. -- lol
