Hay,<br><br><br><br>
I have been a Lacto-ovo Veg for almost 6 months, and thought I knew all about foods that have animal products in them(i.e. Jello , etc.) But I was surprised to learn that my barbecue sauce as well as my vitamins could contain animal products as well. I was wondering where I could find a list of misleading foods like these, so I could avoid eating them in the future.<br><br><br><br>

vitamins are the #1 offender, in my book. You have to be careful that you get ones that are specifically made for vegetarians. Solgar is really good about it, so I get their stuff a lot.
