And I thought I know everything I need to know about eating healthy how little we know: <a href="http://www.carefair.com/Nutrition/The_Five_Best_Super_Foods_1029.html" target="_blank">Foods We Eat and the Foods We Should Be Eating</a> <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/thinking.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="">

Yes, definitely legumes, and they shouldn't have listed "bread," but rather whole grains. There are plenty of ways to eat whole grains other than in bread.

Agreed. Brown rice and quinoa are better than even "whole grain" wonderbread ;-) (does that exist???)

I guess they're also not considering the fact that homemade, healthy (veg!) burgers, pizza, curry, etc, most likely do not contain addictives and so on. It'd be nicer if articles likes this encouraged that approach rather than cutting out these popular foods, which will just turn a lot of people off.
