Agreed. Brown rice and quinoa are better than even "whole grain" wonderbread ;-) (does that exist???)

I guess they're also not considering the fact that homemade, healthy (veg!) burgers, pizza, curry, etc, most likely do not contain addictives and so on. It'd be nicer if articles likes this encouraged that approach rather than cutting out these popular foods, which will just turn a lot of people off.
