I've never had it before and really hope I don't get it now. Last night I found a Tofurky sausage in the fridge that I forgot I had. I looked and smelled fine so I ate it. Later I decided to check out their site just to see if they had any recommendations on how long their products were good for after opening. They said in optimal conditions 3-4 days should be "safe". This was closer to 3 weeks. Then I read all this stuff about tofu and botulism and my hypochondriac brain goes into overdrive. Now I realize they are talking about raw or fermented tofu but still....makes me nervous.
