You can add coffee as it brings a lot of health benefits. Drinking coffee helps you in long term. You are less likely to have type 2 diabetes, Parkinson's disease and dementia compared to a non-coffee drinker. It also prevents cancer, heart problems and stroke.

Fresh fruits juices, and fruits shakes are good sources for getting huge amount of energy.<br>
I always drink fresh fruits juice for the purpose of getting energy. The best juices for energy are apple juice, orange juice, banana shake, mango shake, and lemon water.
