I've been thinking about taking up yoga for a while now but am a bit clueless as to which style would be best for me. I'm looking for something that will strengthen and tone but that will also serve as a relaxing, centering exercise. I have an irritable bowel disease which I need to take into account as well.<br><br><br><br>
