Ate a billion ton of chocolate, well, not that I mind all that much.

I just a peak at the amount of calories in hummus. I think this might explain why I'm not getting anywhere.

I indulged in chocolate over the weekend. I went to Whole Foods for some staples and there was a candy shop that had seven or eight kinds of vegan chocolate. Yum! I also ate fries this weekend, but that was after a three-hour hike
. Exercise great, food, not so much.

I have to measure my hummus, otherwise, I'd eat a whole pound in one sitting

Had 7 pieces of fruit yesterday and 5 so far today (it's 12:30pm). Was hoping to eat 130 during the course of the month (approx 4.5 a day), but won't get past 60 I doubt. But still better than nothing!

Well, this month has been up and down for me. I will weigh tomorrow and see what the result is. I have gotten back into hiking and walking with my pup, so it hasn't been a total waste.

Lost about 3 pounds in a fever last night. I know I'll gain it straight back when I rehydrate, but man, it's nice to see smaller numbers on the scales again.

Four pounds lost for the month. Shy of the six I was shooting for, but I will take it. I did great with regard to exercise and water, though. Very happy about that.
