I did a dvd workout today.<br>
I tend to not count my calories like I should over the weekends, but I am trying to eat healthy food even if it is too much.

I'm going to schedule an appointment with my doctor, see if he has anything he can prescribe me for allergies that isn't available over the counter. Nothing else OTC works <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/brood.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":brood:"> I'm hoping that by starting a different medicine that I can wean off Zyrtec without the crazy side effects. If I miss a single day dose, I suffer for 2 days. I start to itch like crazy the night I miss it.

From this terrible cold I've lost 2 pounds, haven't been able to work out and have only been taking liquids <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/sad.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":("> not the best way to lose weight but I'm planning to get back on track as soon as I can breathe without coughing and can stomach solid foods. Blech, lame.

I lost a pound <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/carrot.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":vebo:"><br><br>
But then I ate all the biscuits at lunch <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/sad.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":(">

I went for a 45 minute walk this morning. I might use my bike this evening as well. I have eaten quite a bit today but I always eat more when it's cold. I'm just going to make something low calorie for dinner, either a vegetable curry or a soup and try and stick to green tea and water instead of sugary cups of tea.<br><br><div class="quote-container"><span>Quote:</span>

I did 70 bicycle crunches (too sore from yesterday to do more! <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/tongue3.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":p">) and 1,350 jumping jacks today. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/thumbsup.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":up:"> Brings me to a total of 2,000 jumping jacks in two days. I read somewhere that 7,000 jumping jacks = one pound of fat burned. Now, I'm pretty positive that's not true, but I figure 7,000 a week is a good number for me to shoot for. It's something I can do while I watch TV instead of just sitting.

I put on a pair of jeans I hadn't worn in a few weeks, and they feel loose <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/smiley.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":)"><br>
I am going to the gym after lunch. I'm on a roll and want to keep it up...

My allergies have actually been acting up over the last week or so. I'm managing to get by with 1/4 of a Zyrtec tablet, and only on days I really need it. Allergy shots have been my savior!<br><br>
My other goal is to drink more non-soda liquids. My work has been so busy, not only have I not had time to take my second break, I don't even have time to go to the bathroom during the day. So I get by with only drinking my cup of coffee in the morning, and 1/2 a can of soda at lunch. (I finish the can on my way home after work.) When I get home it's hard to get back on track with liquids. I really need to do whatever to drink enough liquids. I was getting plenty of water in December, and I felt great.</div>

Liquids have been an issue for me too. I'm getting better about drinking more water though. I would like to cut back on coffee, but I'm EXHAUSTED the entire day when I do, to a point where I can't function. Coffee can be my one drink of the day, the rest will be water or tea. And of course, the occasional booze <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/tongue3.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":p"><br><br><div class="quote-container"><span>Quote:</span>

I gave up on fitting into my size 3 pants, so I bought some new ones. I'm working towards getting into shape, but I couldn't wait any longer. After ripping half of my work pants last week, I needed something else to wear while it was still cold outside.

I forgot to say that I have the next 3 days off starting tomorrow, so I plan on making a grocery list and cooking my own food. I've been relying on pre-made foods a lot. I will crack out Appetite for Reduction again and focus on whole foods. I need more Stacy's wheat pita chips to go with my olive hummus, all I have left is small pieces <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/bigcry.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":cry:">

1350 jumping jacks seems pretty monotonous though. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/tongue3.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":p">

I did really bad today. I overslept, I overate, and I didn't exercise. Meh.<br><br>
