Thought id do a post to see what everyones fav veg foods and to give everyone some meal ideas!

Breakfast

cereal - weetbix, oatmeal, museli

toast - raisin toast, easter buns or with jam, pb or vegemite

My favorite breakfast is, without a doubt, tofu scramble with chopped veggies (especially onions) and nutritional yeast. I like to serve it with whole wheat toast and strawberry jam.

My favorite lunch would include vegetable soup and a avacado/tomato sandwich sprinkled with salt and pepper.

My favorite dinner is homemade veggie pizza (without cheese, of course). I like to pile on all sorts of veggies.. from onions and mushrooms to carrots, green beans, and broccoli. The possibilities are endless.

Soup made with veggie chunks, cornmeal dumplings, and some other stuff

Stirfry anything!

Stewed lentils (I stew a lot of stuff lol)
