What's yours?? I have Vive Le Vegan(by Dreena Burton) and I love it because the recipes are very healthy and quick and easy! And not to mention delicious! I just ordered her other book The Everyday Vegan. Next I REALLY want VWAV and VCTOTW(I cant even remember how long it's been since Ive had a cupcake!) and Vegan Lunchbox. Feel free to share reviews/random stuff about the books!

"Passionate Vegetarian" by Crescent Dragonwagon is one of my favorites - the flavors she comes up with are fabulous!

Delia's Vegetarian Collection is a good one.

I also like Crank's Bible Timeless Collection, and the Vegetarian Society's Simply Good Food.

All are UK books and all are available from Amazon. They are not exclusively vegan (losts of lacto/ovo as well) but contain many vegan recipes and alternatives.

The Vegetarian Family Cookbook by Nava Atlas is one of my favorites (I think only one or two recipes don't have a vegan version.)

VwaV changed my cooking life. I've never tried a recipe from it that wasn't outstanding and loved by everyoneVCTotW is equally as fabulous. Isa's recipes are really just awesome food that happens to be vegan. VwaV inspired me to transition from l/o to vegan.
