Nature's Path KAMUT Krisp.
It's not cheap, though. But I don't eat cereal often, so one bag lasts me for a long time.

I ADORE this recipe:

http://ohsheglows.com/2013/02/20/blissful-buckwheat-granola-clusters-oil-free/

I don't use the leftover almond pulp she lists in her recipe. Also, in place of coconut nectar (really, where on earth would a person find that lol) I use brown rice syrup which is very sticky and thick like honey but entirely plant based and not as sweet. I have made versions of her recipe with almond butter, sunflower butter, and peanut butter. I personally like it best with sunflower butter but I made it for some omnivore coworkers and they loved it with peanut butter. It is very easy to make. Buckwheat groats can be hard to find though. I get mine in bulk from my local whole foods coop. Larger chain grocery stores often have the brown rice syrup in the gluten free section.

ps this granola makes a great cold cereal to have with plant milk and it makes about ten cups worth. It is also great just to snack on as it is in little clusters.
