I suspect this thread may repeat a lot of the same names as the bad actors thread, but here goes nothin'.

--Joaquin Phoenix

--Melanie Lynsky

--Drew Barrymore

--Robin Williams

--Nicholas Cage

--Jake Hoffman

--Dakota Fanning

--David Krumholtz

(I'm not saying I have gone to see a movie just because any of the above were in it, but I would be much more interested in a movie if one of them were the headliner.)

Brad Pitt- i watched Mr and Mrs Smith, and while the plot was awful, i had a very entertaining time watching the beautiful Mr Pitt running about and looking attractive. He does that very well.

Christian Slater- Mr Slater also manages to hold my attention regardless of the quality of the movie he's in.

William H. Macy

Nicholas Cage

John Cusack

Laurence Fishburne

Tom Wilkinson

Jodie Foster

Kirsten Dunst (yes, really)

I'm more likely, now that I think about it to be lured in by a director who's made something I like. I yawned through the past two Coen brothers films, but when their new flick comes out next year, I'm sure I'll buy a ticket.

Im ahving a hard time thinking of anyone. If I know the movie is bad, I usually can't be bothered watching unless it's one of those where it's so bad it becomes good.

Maybe Guy Pierce, he can be really good sometimes.
