I watched about 15 minutes of it a few nights ago. Didn't have the patience to watch it all. Basically this guy is trying to prove "Super Size Me" wrong, buy showing that you can lose weight by eating only fast food for a month. In my opinion, you can lose weight following any diet so long as you eat within reason and keep track of your caloric intake, but why the hell would you want to? All that added fat, sugar, sodium - just to prove an unhealthy point. Losing weight and staying healthy - not the same thing. It's sort of a pointless point he is trying to make, but then again, I didn't watch the doc.in its entirety so I can only assume. He also made some stupid comment about being veg, which was what most likely turned me off to watching the whole thing at that point. That and the fact that for the most part, he was planning to eat at McDonalds, which to me is a completely ignorant move. Free advertising for the Nazis of the fast food industry...genius.
