can anyone help out with quick and easy family friendly recipes, based on fairly basic ingredients, vegan or veggie?

For my family, most members seem happy with the recipes out of<br><br>
Tofu Cookery and The New Farm Vegetarian Cookbook...<br><br><br><br>
Pizza recipe from Friendly Foods (no cheese, but you don't miss it)<br><br>
Lasagna recipe from How it All Vegan (but I use extra oragano and leave out the basil)<br><br>
Tacos (using fantastic brand taco mix) and lots of beans & veggies<br><br>
Vegetable "beef" soup (I use Soy 7 burger mix) any "ground beef" will do, I think.<br><br>
I brown several onions in oil (about 4) then add the mix and brown that, add canned whole tomatoes (5 small cans or so) then add lots of water and lots of chopped veggies like potatoes, carrots, string beans, lima beans etc. It needs to cook about 90 minutes.<br><br><br><br>
If I use frozen corn or peas, I add them after I take it off the heat.<br><br>
Makes a huge pot of soup.<br><br><br><br>
edit: salt and pepper to taste.<img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/smiley.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":)">
