im a big falafel fan, though i dont make it at home, i eat out alot. There is this greek place i go to which makes it into a big patty and puts it on a bun, so its like a falafel burger, which is really good. Falafel and ketchup, yummmm.
woohoo!! i have to admit that i am the biggest falafel fan here
it's my absolute favoritest food in the world. and there's this mediterranean cafe near me that makes the greatest falafel ever, mmm. i always buy two at a time there even though i know i shouldn't. but it's sooo delicious.
I have yet to be converted. I have tried falafel I liked very rarely. Most places I've had it, it was very dry and tasteless and needed a lot of sauce to taste any good. But I know it has potential. I generally love anything Middle Eastern, so why not falafel? Bring on the recipies, I'm ready to learn to love it.
