I'm rather surprised that there's no official "Friend me on Facebook" thread here. I found a few old ones where people tried...but anyways...

Lets just talk about the games.

They have the games set up to get your friends involved...adding neighbors and so forth. Does anyone here play those games? Want more neighbors?

Post what you play here:

Myself:
Fishville
Farmville
Cityville
My Casino

My facebook page:

(If you're against Facebook, and/or its games, please start a new thread in the Compost Heap and let us have our fun.)

FARM RESCUE! It's based on the farming games, but the premise is that you raise hens that have beens rescued from factory farms and then adopt them out.

Right now I only play Itgirl, but I'm considering stopping because the company keeps trying to make everything with real money. I'm not paying $10 for a few virtual shirts.

I used to play on farmville, monster world, backyard monsters, and about 7 more, but then realised they were taking over my life.

I now play contentedly on my zoo, crazy boat and echo bazaar, which isn't strictly a facebook game, but you can log into it either through Fb or twitter, and it is a wonderful,, slightly odd game

I've just started playing that too. I don't think the game is any more difficult if you don't spend real money, but it definitely tries to force you into inviting your friends to play way too much. For example not being able to access some shops unless THREE of your friends accept your invitations, needing a certain number of friends to get a boyfriend etc. I will have to stop playing soon simply because I can't add anyone else which will limit my game play.

I also play My Tribe, which is probably the best facebook game I've tried.

I'll try My Tribe, it sounds interesting

I'm not spamming my friends or making three new facebook accounts just to get into a store either. I can't believe they think people will actually pay $10 to get into one virtual store.
Really, has anyone ever seen a store in real life where someone stands at the front of it, collecting money as customers walk into the store?

This weekend has been so boring that I spent a large chunk of it trying new facebook games. I am favourably impressed with Monopoly Millionaires and Miscrits (Pokemon rip off, very fun). I found Gardens of Time extremely boring. Couldn't get into CSI, since I have a CD-rom version and it is a million times better.
