Too much fruit isn't good for your insulin levels. Eat vegetables, fruits, and whole grains in moderation. Even too much of something like water isn't good for you.

thats not what it seems. the fear of to much water is that it will throw your electrolyte balance out of wack. if you want to drink gallons of water you can just make sure you get lots of electrolytes and youll be fine
