So the way I've been moving up on my bench is by increasing 2.5 lbs. every time I can achieve 3sets 5reps no matter if it came easy or it was difficult. So FINALLY I made it to 200 lbs. I managed to get 3x3 and it made me get 1 less rep in every workout I did after that. Is this normal to experience.
