I am really struggling in terms of hunger at the moment and would really appreciate it if I could get some feedback in terms of my diet.

Today I have eaten:

Breakfast: Muesli with soya milk, flaxseed, sesame seeds and orange juice

Morning snack: Almonds, blueberries and a banana

Lunch: 2 wholemeal pitta breads withh hummus, kale and shredded carrot, 6 small tomatoes, brussels sprouts, 3 stalks of asparagus, chickpeas and butter beans

Afternoon snack: 10 grapes and 1 kiwi fruit

Dinner: Peas, green beans, 2 slices of multigrain rye bread with tofu and herbs

Perhaps you need to include more carbohydrates in your diet? I don't know, it seems pretty healthy to me. What about fats, like from avocado? This is a very filling fruit.

Try other, higher calorie veg such as soya beans, and fruits like mango. These will give you the good nutrients that you want, and hopefully help to assuage your hunger.

Hope that helps!

you should eat more wholegrain carbs like more bread, pasta and brown rice, plus your diet seemds to lack alot of fat, which might lead to essential fa deficiency. fats slow digeswtion and will make you less hungry. try adding more nuts and avocados, nut butters etc.

Your diet sounds quite similar to mine... except I always have dessert!
