When I first became vegan and saw that oreos were as well; I freaked. That is what I would most miss about not eating dairy or eggs! As I read into it more I heard about the bone char sugar involved and got sort of sad. But then I saw in the store how many similar cookies there were that looked like oreos!
My question is that what are some vegan oreo replicas sold in places like Haggens (Top Food), Whole Foods, and Safeway? And that actually taste good.
