Hey guys I made the cookies and they are so good. They look like Bakery Cookies.
I made them with carob chips and I think they are very close to the Alternative Baking Cookies, of course I made them a little different. I used 1/2 Fructose and 1/2 Splenda, and I used Grain Sweetened Carob Chips, you should try them when you have a cookie craving
Mark has had two today and he claims to not even like what he calls "fake" chocolate chips
BTW, I cut the recipe in half and it still made 6 or 7 cookies (about half the size of an Alternative Baking Company Cookie). Soy Lecthin is available at your HFS in the fridge, mine has it packed in tubs.
Next time I will make them a different flavor and smush them out flatter (these cookies don't spread).
