ok..so..things are mainly

this question will seem obsessive though, but keep in mind the amount of NONobsessive things ive been doing without mentioning them.
its just that i only ask questions when im confused
so ive accepted how many calories i should be eating to maintain. some days i dont even count!! and ive eaten some of the scariest stuff EVER.
but the last 3 days ive been more sedentary than usual.
does that mean i should change my intake? does it work day to day like that?
