ok..so..things are mainly ..sorta. no they are, goodish

this question will seem obsessive though, but keep in mind the amount of NONobsessive things ive been doing without mentioning them.

its just that i only ask questions when im confused

so ive accepted how many calories i should be eating to maintain. some days i dont even count!! and ive eaten some of the scariest stuff EVER.

but the last 3 days ive been more sedentary than usual.

does that mean i should change my intake? does it work day to day like that?

It doesn't matter if it's balanced out in the long run I think (look at the bigger picture, 1 week, 2 weeks, not one day or a few days).

While I have never had eating issues, I have noticed lately that it is VERY hard to actually listen to what your body is telling you. There's a lot of "static" on this "line" ! I think though, from the sound of you, if you just keep keeping on, you'll be fine. Relax. Breathe. Enjoy life. Have more sex, maybe ?! (although we wouldn't want to become obsessive about sex now, would we... bwahahahaha).

In short, you don't have to worry day to day. It's okay to chill and not be active every single day.

How are you doing?

i dont know :/

i was fine. a little under cals 'by accident' then agreed to change outta pjs and go and see a friend play music. i was going to bed in bed by ten. its now 12 30, i have uni in the morning and im sorta stressing out. plus im ravenous.

but instead of going to bed stressed and annoyed AND hungry, i thought id just..eat. and see what happened. so....im now up to the amount of calories id have burned on an active day...even though ive literally sat around. again.

which wouldn't be so bad if id gone knowingly over even that several days because i was attempting to celebrate bdays with half slices of cake etc.

sigh.

feeling quite overwhelmed. but still suprisingly proud, that i went out but mainly that i could see that going out and getting hungry again was better than staying in and being boring.

i guess..
