I've been doing <i>so</i> well lately... I've managed to eat real meals, and get myself back up to a healthy weight. But just this past weekend, my period returned (sorry, tmi) for the first time in months... and it was just sort of a shocker. I feel like I'm eating like a glutton, even though I haven't changed anything, and I'm kind of in a permanent state of panic wherever food is concerned. I don't know why I'm being so stupid about it all of a sudden. Help, please?
